The 19" collar has a circumference from 13" to 17", and the 23" collar has a circumference from 17" to 21". Please measure the circumference of your dogs neck before placing an order. You will want to add at least two fingers worth of additional slack to ensure that the collar is not too tight.

All collars include a black, lightly padded back for your pet's safety and comfort. The stainless steel buckle and ring are heavy duty to keep your pets secure.
